In the background of this image, you can see some switches that are part of the apollo optical subsystem. The optical subsystem consisted of a telescope and sextant and were an essential component of the spacecraft’s navigation system.
Further to the left of those switches, you will see a reference card. Sorry, it is not really sharp enough to read, but I believe it is a reference to the noun and verb codes needed for operation of the optical system using the Apollo Guidance computer’s display/keyboard (DSKY). (The optical system’s DSKY can been seen in photo 8).
