In the background near the left of this image, you will see the guidance computer DSKY which was used when operating the optical system used for guidance and navigation of the spacecraft.
To the right of the image, you will see a triangular shaped panel with a ‘4’ at the top.
This panel contains many controls associated with the spacecraft environmental control system (ECS). The ECS had to regulate the atmosphere in both the spacecraft and the astronaut spacesuits.
